Eligibility:
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Some items, such as underwear or items marked as "final sale," may not be eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.
Return/Exchange Period:Â
You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
Return/Exchange Process:Â
Upon approval of your return/exchange request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and includes the return authorization. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds and Store Credits:Â
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit, as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and store credits will be provided in the form of an electronic gift card. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from your refund/store credit. *We currently do not offer store credits at this time, but plan to in the future.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may require photos or other evidence of the damage/defect. Upon verification, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. You will have the option to receive a refund, store credit, or a replacement item, subject to availability.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds and store credits are typically processed within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. However, please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
